Rebecca Boulter has worked in the marketing and account management fields for over 25 years. Rebecca began their career in 1992 as a Marketing Assistant at Knight-Phillips Associates, Inc., where they designed and produced advertisements for print, television, and radio, wrote and produced multiple-media public service campaigns, designed awareness items, and was responsible for media buying. From 1994 to 1995, they worked as a Teacher Assistant (TA) at Kent State University's College of Business Administration. Rebecca then interned at The Timken Company's Steel Division from 1995 to 1996, before taking on the role of Marketing Communications Administrator at Rubbermaid Home Products. In 1998, they joined GOJO Industries as a Trade Marketing Process Leader and Corporate Accounts Team Leader/Key Account Specialist, and they stayed with the company until 2014, when they moved to Proximity Marketing as a Director of Accounts and Senior Account Manager. Rebecca is currently employed at SyncShow as a Project Manager II.

Rebecca Boulter obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Glenville State College / West Virginia University in 1992, with a major in Marketing. Rebecca then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Kent State University in 1996, with a concentration in Marketing. In 2009, they earned their Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Grand Canyon University, with a major in Elementary Education and Teaching. In 2015, they completed a professional development course at Baldwin Wallace University. In addition, Rebecca has certifications in Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot.
