Crystal Bryant

Crystal Bryant serves as the Chief of Staff at Synctera since December 2024. Previously, Crystal held various leadership positions at First Republic, including Executive Assistant to the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, and Chief of Staff for two consecutive CEOs, where significant business growth was achieved. Additionally, Crystal was the Director of Board Relations and New Business Initiatives. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Crystal led the Chief Administrative Officer role for First Republic Integration, overseeing post-acquisition workstreams. Educational credentials include an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Music from Indiana University Bloomington, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
