Daniel Hernandez

Daniel Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Daniel began their career at Arrow Financial Services, where they worked as a Collector Assistant, Customer Care Representative, and Client Services Representative. Daniel then transitioned to Snap Fitness 24/7, where they served as an Assistant Manager and later as a General Manager, overseeing store sales, personnel matters, and daily operations.

In 2012, Daniel joined daVinci Payments and took on various roles, including Partner & Compliance Operations Specialist, Partner & Compliance Operations Manager, Senior Manager of Partner & Compliance Operations, and Director of Partner Solutions. Daniel was responsible for managing operational processes, building partnerships, evaluating new business cases, and establishing compliance departments.

Currently, Daniel works at Synctera as a Director of Compliance Operations. Their responsibilities include overseeing compliance operations, establishing policies and procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in partnership development, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer service.

Daniel Hernandez obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Northeastern Illinois University in 2020.
