Rhiannon Zavala

Rhiannon joined Real Time Consulting in 2015, and is currently Director of Engineering Operations and Compliance, responsible for program logistics, sales enablement, and compliance to multiple quality management and regulatory requirements.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, she has advanced her professional career in operations throughout several sectors, including property management, retail, and manufacturing, overhauling and/or building processes from the ground up.

Rhiannon excels at working with team members to provide steady leadership in any circumstance, by focusing on process efficiency and drawing on her diverse background to analyze situations from alternate angles and collaborate with multiple points of view.
