Tanner Phillips is an experienced professional in customer success and digital media, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at SyncTimes since January 2025. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Strategic & Enterprise Customer Success at EasySend, and Sr. Manager of Customer Success at Kenect, among others. Tanner has held significant positions at NetDocuments, BlueSky Media Productions, Adobe, and Digital Gateway, building a strong foundation in customer engagement and experience management. Tanner also launched a successful entrepreneurial venture at 14 years old, creating a highly popular Harry Potter fan site. Educational qualifications include a degree in Digital Media with a focus on Web Design and Marketing from Utah Valley University.
