Oleg Volodin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Oleg'smost recent position is as the VP of Engineering at SyncWords, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-founder & CEO of Cotano, a sales engagement SaaS platform, from October 2017 to February 2022. During their time at Cotano, they were responsible for developing and releasing the first version of the platform in production within two weeks.

Before Cotano, Oleg worked as an R&D Manager at DraftKings Inc. from January 2016 to October 2017. In this role, they led multiple teams and achieved significant milestones such as hiring team leads and developers, and initiating cross-platform iOS and Android development.

From 2013 to 2015, Oleg held the position of Product CEO/CTO at iDealsâ„¢ Solutions Group, where they successfully wireframed and architected a deal-making enterprise SaaS toolset for investment bankers. In addition, they served as a Team Lead at iDeals and successfully designed and developed the Windows app and MS Outlook add-on for an iDeals secured cloud service.

Earlier in their career, Oleg worked at Revenue Grid (formerly InvisibleCRM) as a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Oleg developed the InvisibleStudio IDE for Salesforce, Oracle CRM, and Siebel CRM, and later led the product to improve development operations.

Oleg also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Ticket Systems Automation Lab, developing a client-server desktop ERP for concert halls, and as a Founder/Engineer at Perspectsoft, where they launched their own company and released several successful products.
