Doug Shaener is the CEO and Co-Founder of Syncx and Quest Locum Tenens, as well as a Co-Founder of Quest Group. They began their career as a Managing Director at Solomon Page Group from 1999 to 2009, specializing in financial services executive search. Doug is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Assist-ATS and has held leadership roles in multiple organizations since then. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University in 1999.
