Bryan Tierney

Bryan Tierney has a diverse work experience in the biopharmaceutical and recruitment industries. Bryan is currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Syndax Pharmaceuticals, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Advisor at Spero Therapeutics and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Relay Therapeutics.

Bryan also has a background in recruitment, having held various roles at Aerotek, including Account Manager III, Senior Professional Recruiter, Recruiter Lead, Professional Recruiter, Recruiter II, and Recruiter. Before entering the biopharmaceutical and recruitment fields, they worked as an Account Executive at Percussion Software and as an Intern at Encharter Insurance and Northwestern Mutual.

Bryan Tierney earned a B.B.A. in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2006 to 2010.
