Amit Patel

Amit Patel has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Amit began their career as a Network Administrator for Sprint-PCS, where they were responsible for configuring and managing call center infrastructure equipment. In 2005, they became an Operations Management & Information Systems (OM&IS) Instructor at Northern Illinois University and a Chief Technology Officer for a confidential communications firm. In 2007, they took on a role as a CDMA Support Engineer (Contract for Cisco) at Insight Global Inc. In 2008, they became an Interconnect and Traffic Engineer at Cricket Communications, Inc., where they were responsible for interconnect and capacity planning, integrating cell sites, PSTN and VOIP networks, and designing and implementing diverse vendor fiber networks. In 2010, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Syndeo Networks, Inc., where they were responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating the organization's fiscal function and performance. In 2017, they became the CEO of AirCell Inc., where they were responsible for creating opportunities, access and disruption in service delivery market space.

Amit Patel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology (Genetics) from Northern Illinois University between 2000 and 2003. Amit then went on to pursue a Masters in Management Information Systems from the same university from 2003 to 2005.
