Jenna Marceau

Jenna Marceau, PHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jenna started their career as an HR Generalist & Receptionist at Ryan International Airlines in December 2001 and worked there until March 2004. After that, they joined Syndeo HRO in March 2004 and held various roles within the company. Jenna started as an HR Generalist & Receptionist and then moved up to the position of Staffing & Payroll Specialist in March 2005. In January 2006, Jenna was promoted to the role of Payroll & IT Manager. Jenna then took on the responsibilities of Director of Payroll, Client Transitions & Systems Management in March 2008. From May 2012 to December 2019, they served as the Director of Implementation & Systems Management. Currently, Jenna Marceau holds the position of Chief Information Officer at Syndeo HRO starting from December 2019.

Jenna Marceau, PHR, completed their education at various institutions. Jenna first attended Wichita State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a focus on Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management, Finance, and Marketing. Afterward, they pursued further education at Newman University from 2008 to 2009, obtaining a non-degree bound certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

In 2012, Jenna enrolled in Wichita State University once again, this time studying Accounting until 2014. However, it is not specified whether they completed a specific degree in this field.

Furthermore, Jenna Marceau has also acquired several additional certifications in various areas. Notably, they obtained the PHR certification from HRCI in January 2008.
