Aliaksei Meliashchenia has two years of work experience. In 2021, they began working at Synder by CloudBusiness (YC S21) as a Software Developer and Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Compit Group from 2018 to 2021 as a Software Developer.

Aliaksei Meliashchenia attended Belarusian National Technical University from 2015 to 2020, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
