Michael Astreiko

Michael Astreiko has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Michael began their career at Scand as a Java Developer and Team Lead from 2007 to 2011. Michael then moved on to NearMe as a Grails Consultant, where they established all project infrastructure and was responsible for designing the project database, structure and API, as well as managing the entire project development. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Grails Consultant at BuddyBounce, where they designed the project database, structure and API, and managed development on the project. Michael also performed technical analysis of customer business requirements. In 2015, they became the Architect at DashboardStream LLC. In 2016, they were the Solution Architect at biid and the Founder/CEO of Synder, where the motto was "Machine accuracy. Human approach". Michael was also the CEO/Owner of REID Consulting in 2012.

Michael Astreiko began their educational journey in 2001 when they attended Liceum №1 in Minsk for their basis education. Michael then furthered their studies at Belarusian State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Physics in 2009. In 2021, they attended Y Combinator for Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
