Nav Rajput

Nav Rajput has a diverse range of work experience. Nav is currently a Partner at Flexible Place to Work and has been in this role since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Partner and Principal Recruiter at FirstPrinciples Talent, where they specialized in connecting high-performing individuals with innovative and inclusive companies. Nav started this role in January 2023.

Nav also has experience as a Board Member at Lanteria - Your Digital HR Partner, starting in April 2022. Before that, they co-founded Omni.us in October 2021.

From August 2020 to the present, Nav held the role of Partner and Chief Product Officer at First Principles. Here, their responsibilities included setting the vision for the product, hiring and firing employees, and managing key accounts and team operations. From September 2019 to August 2020, Nav served as the Chief Strategy Officer at First Principles, where they focused on defining strategies for incoming projects and products. Nav also managed client relationships and delivered a real estate-focused SaaS product.

Nav's prior experience includes roles as a Manager in Business Analysis and Client Servicing from March 2018 to September 2019, and as a Manager in Business Development and Growth from August 2017 to March 2018, both at First Principles.

Additionally, Nav has held the position of Chief Product Officer at SyndicationPro since January 2019. Nav has also worked as a writer on tech, business, startup, and venture capital topics for Quora since January 2015.

Nav's entrepreneurial journey began in January 2015 when they founded SunAlliance Energy, a rooftop solar and open-access market startup. Nav gained valuable experience and wisdom from this role.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Nav worked as a Senior Analyst in Global Markets at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics from February 2015 to March 2015. Nav also started their career in 2014 as a Business Analyst at Arkenea, where they worked on building mobile app products in the healthcare, fitness, and mobility industries.

Nav Rajput earned a Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A) degree in Information Technology from Shivaji University from 2009 to 2012. From 2007 to 2009, they studied 12th Std Commerce - IT at G.A College of Commerce, Sangli. Nav attended Emmanuel English School, Sangli from 2006 to 2007. For their pre-primary education, Nav Rajput attended Indian Airforce School from 1995 to 2006.

Nav Rajput pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, specifically from the Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies & Research, from 2012 to 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Nav Rajput obtained the PRINCE2® - Practitioner certification from EXIN in January 2015, and the Venture Capital certification from Kauffman Fellows in August 2020.
