Amina Pelypenko

Amina Pelypenko is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at SYNDICODE, starting in September 2024. Responsibilities include enhancing employee engagement, automating HR processes, and fostering team relationships to promote growth and satisfaction within the workplace. Previously, Amina held the position of Human Resources Generalist at SIS, LLC from September 2022 to September 2024.
