Courtney McNees

Courtney McNees has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Courtney began their career as a 7th Grade Math Teacher at Northeastern Middle School from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Robert Half International as a Lead Administrator and Manager of the company's six-member permanent placement team. Their responsibilities included drafting client agreements, preparing management reports, and managing the talent system. In 2008, they joined Syndicus, Inc. as a Business Administrator until 2013. At Syndicus, they handled various business operations and client management tasks. Since 2014, Courtney has been working at Syndicus NACON, assuming roles such as Manager of Business Operations, Director of Business Operations, and currently serving as the Director of Corporate Services. Their focus at Syndicus NACON is on improving the company's operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Courtney McNees attended Penn State University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Math. Prior to that, in 1998 to 1999, they attended Mercyhurst University, specializing in Elementary Education and Special Education. Their schooling began at Center High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1994 to 1998.
