Rafael Custódio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rafael worked at Syndigo as the Europe Business Development Director, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and creating strategies for success. Prior to that, they served as the Latin America General Manager, managing a business development team and the Customer Success team. Before joining Syndigo, they worked at FSEnet+ as a Market Development Manager for LATAM. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Sales Supervisor at SantaCruz Distribuidora de Medicamentos and Business Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Rafael also worked as a Trainee & Project Specialist at Carrefour and Logistics Analyst at AmBev. Rafael started their career as an Intern in IT Controllership - Process Improvement and Cost Reduction at Mabe.

Rafael Custódio has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Gestão Comercial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completed from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they participated in the Programa de Administração do Varejo (PROVAR-FIA/USP) at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração in 2010. Rafael also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009.
