Tom Battle

Tom Battle is a seasoned professional in customer success and client engagement, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Syndigo since April 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions including Director of Customer Success at Syndigo, Client Success Manager at BrightEdge, and Director of Strategic Account Management at Asurint, where responsibilities included team growth and partnership with sales teams for enterprise-level client service. Tom's experience also includes leading client engagement services at Complion and managing key client accounts at FrontStream, particularly with Fortune 500 companies. Tom began a career in data management and quality control at the United Way of Greater Cleveland. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bowling Green State University.
