Vaidhya Raman has extensive work experience in cloud and IT operations. Vaidhya is currently the Head of Cloud and IT Operations at Syndigo since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Cloud Operations at A10 Networks from June 2016 to January 2021. Before A10 Networks, they worked as the Head of Cloud Operations at Appcito from July 2014 to June 2016, and as the Head of Cloud Operations at Meru Networks from June 2012 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, Vaidhya held positions such as VP Global Service Delivery at Jamcracker from June 2011 to May 2012, VP Operations and IT Services at Pronto Networks from August 2006 to June 2011, Director of MSP Operations at Pronto Networks from October 2002 to August 2006, Manager of Network Operations at Launchpad Software Inc. from January 2001 to October 2002, Network Technical Specialist at Oman International Bank from September 1998 to December 2000, Network Specialist at Computer World WLL from July 1994 to September 1998, and Service Executive at TVS Electronics from September 1988 to July 1994.

Vaidhya Raman obtained an MBA in Information Technology and Systems from ICFAI in 2009. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, Vaidhya Raman pursued an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI as well.
