Nikki leads Syndigo’s Operations teams, with responsibility for Customer Success, Implementation Services, Customer Support, Content and Data operations. Prior to joining Syndigo, Nikki was a senior executive at Cision where she led Client Experience, Customer Success, Support, Training and Enablement and Account Management, after holding several leadership roles at ADP including Leadership & Development, Implementation Operations and Services. Nikki believes strongly in developing people, fostering leadership opportunities, diversity, and taking risks as keys to successful innovation. She has served in numerous roles as executive sponsor for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, being awarded Leadership Excellence in Technology by the National Diversity and Leadership Council in 2020, and recognized in 2019 by the Illinois Diversity Council with the Power50 award for inspiring and influencing others to help shape the future.

Nikki Grigsby

Ryan serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Syndigo, responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial management and strategy. He leads Syndigo’s global finance and accounting teams focused on driving extraordinary financial performance and business insights across FP&A, accounting and financial reporting, accounting operations, treasury, revenue operations, tax and business systems.

Prior to Syndigo, Ryan served in Finance leadership roles including most recently at First Advantage, where he was instrumental in the company’s growth transformation, organic and M&A growth strategies, January 2020 sale to Silver Lake Partners and June 2021 IPO on NASDAQ. Ryan has worked in private equity as well as public company environments, garnering extensive knowledge of highly leveraged businesses, international operations, corporate development and business strategy.

Michael Ruderman is the General Counsel at [Syndigo](/org/syndigo). Michael was previously an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from September 2015 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from May 2015 to July 2015, and a Summer Legal Intern–Business, Technology, and Economic Development Division at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office from June 2014 to August 2014. Michael Ruderman began their professional career as a Business Analyst at Aetna from January 2012 to May 2013.

Michael Ruderman completed their undergraduate studies at [Wesleyan University](/org/wesleyan-university), where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies. Michael then attended Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor.

Michael Ruderman

Karim Iskandar is the Managing Director, Europe at [Syndigo](/org/syndigo). Karim has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. 

Prior to joining [Syndigo](/org/syndigo), Iskandar served as the EVP Sales at [JRNI](/org/jrni), a customer engagement platform that enables companies to interact with customers online and offline. Karim was responsible for driving sales growth and expanding [JRNI](/org/jrni)’s customer base in Europe. 

Before [JRNI](/org/jrni), Iskandar was the Head of Business Development, UK & Ireland at TCC. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing TCC’s growth strategy in the UK and Ireland. 

Iskandar began their career at [OneSource](/org/only-onesource) Information Services where they served as the VP, International. In this role, they were responsible for growing [OneSource](/org/only-onesource)’s business in Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. 

Iskandar has a proven track record of success in sales and business development. Karim has a deep understanding of the European market and is well-positioned to help [Syndigo](/org/syndigo) grow its business in Europe.

Karim Iskandar

Andrew Pickens is the current Senior Vice President of Client & Business Development at [Syndigo](/org/syndigo). Andrew has over 10 years of experience in sales and account management. Prior to joining [Syndigo](/org/syndigo), they were the Senior Vice President of Client Development at Market Track from April 2012 to June 2017. Andrew also served as the Director of Volunteering at P2V from December 2010 to April 2012 and as a Revenue Support Manager at the Corporate Executive Board from September 2010 to January 2010. Andrew began their career in sales as an Account Executive at CardioNet in January 2007 before moving to the Corporate Executive Board in September 2007 where they served as an Account Manager until September 2010.

Andrew Pickens studied biology at [Davidson College](/org/davidson-college). Andrew then pursued a career in medicine, becoming a doctor.

Vishal Arora is the Senior Vice President, Engineering at [Syndigo](/org/syndigo). Vishal has over 17 years of experience in software product development and management. 

Arora started their career at PTC in April 2004 as a Director of Product Management. Vishal then moved to [Entrust](/org/entrust-support-services-limited) in November 2010 as Vice President of Software Development. There, they led the Windchill product team responsible for the enterprise PLM software's infrastructure, runtime, business reporting, serviceability, and quality agent business and product teams. 

In July 2018, Arora joined [Perforce Software](/org/perforce-software) as Vice President of Software Engineering. There they led global software product development teams for digital payments and issuance software. Vishal oversaw the development of new products from the ground up and the refactoring of legacy products to scale for Tier-1 FIs. Vishal was also responsible for leading the architecture team to build multi-tenant, cloud-ready solutions for Instant Issuance, Bureau Services and Access Control segments to satisfy various GTM (hosted, cloud, on-premise) deployment models.

Arora has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.

Vishal Arora has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, as well as Executive Education in Creating and Executing Strategy from the same school. Vishal also has a MS in Software Systems from the University of St. Thomas, and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.

Brian Rudolph is the current Chief Technology Officer at [Syndigo](/org/syndigo). Brian has held this position since May 2016. Prior to that, they were with Microsoft from February 2014 to May 2016 as a Senior Software Development Engineer on the AAPT team. Brian Rudolph has been in the technology industry since 1998 when they started as the VP of Architecture & Performance at Edgenet. Brian has been with Edgenet in various capacities for the past 20 years, including their most recent position as Chief Technology Officer.

Mark Detelich is the Chief Product Officer at [Syndigo](/org/syndigo), a marketing intelligence firm. Mark was previously the Chief Strategy & Solutions Officer at [Numerator](/org/numerator), where they were responsible for directing the company’s strategic planning activities, new solution innovation and investment, product development and delivery, and leading consultative teams in sophisticated client implementations and change management.

At [Numerator](/org/numerator), Mark worked closely with clients to ensure that a holistic understanding of their business needs and use-cases were translated into [Numerator](/org/numerator)'s solutions, including areas such as market strategy & new product innovation, branding and advertising, merchandising and distribution, pricing & promotions, shopper behavior insights, and eCommerce.

Andrew has a proven track record in driving data architecture, content integration, data management, and data science capability maturity. Andrew is a champion of data science initiatives, innovative content visualization, and product integration.

Simon has over 25 years of leadership experience in technology, having both launched innovative start-ups and run large companies and divisions, in industries such as retail, financial services, and the public sector. Recently, Simon was CEO of Superion, a software provider to local government. Simon led a comprehensive transformation establishing product innovation, go-to-market execution, operational excellence, and a high-performing organization, which led to a multi-company merger that created CentralSquare, with #1 market share in public safety software. Before Superion, Simon led global business units at Verint, an omni-channel customer engagement software provider, and was a serial entrepreneur starting companies in cloud computing, retail in-store video analytics, and workforce optimization.
