Ava Kuhlen

Ava Kuhlen currently serves as a Domain Expert in Pay and Workplace Equity at Syndio, where expertise is leveraged to help over 350 clients achieve fair compensation and advancement. Prior to this role, Ava was the Head of Product Research, Insights and Content for Indeed Equitable Hiring, focusing on strategies to eliminate bias in hiring processes. Ava's earlier experience includes directing External Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility Consulting at Taproot Foundation, where collaboration with Fortune 500 companies enhanced employee engagement and nonprofit capabilities. Additional roles held include Senior Manager of Client Services at Tides, Development Information Specialist at the Institute for Advanced Study, and a Notre Dame Mission Volunteer with Americorps. Ava holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The George Washington University, along with minors in Film and Psychology.
