Erik Darby

Erik Darby is an experienced professional in business development and leadership, currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at BetterUp since September 2021. Prior to this role, Erik co-founded Motive Software and played a significant role in its acquisition by BetterUp in September 2021. Erik also held the position of Senior Director at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) from October 2016 to November 2019, following a successful tenure as a co-founder of Kanjoya, Inc., which was acquired by UKG. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
