Nikhil Deshkar

Nikhil Deshkar started their career in 2003 as a Programmer at Omnivision technologies pvt.ltd. Nikhil then worked as a Programmer at Indian Internet Solutions pvt ltd in 2005 and at e-Caliber India Pvt.ltd from February 2006 to May 2006. Nikhil then became a Technology Architect at Infospectrum Inc. from June 2006 to October 2006. Nikhil joined KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited in October 2006 as a Sr.Software Engineer and worked there until December 2009. Since then, they have been working at Synechron where they held various positions, including Lead-Software from January 2010 to December 2012, Associate Specialist - Technology from January 2013 to January 2015, Specialist - Technology from January 2015 to March 2017, Sr. Specialist-Technology from April 2017 to March 2019, Associate Principal - Technology from April 2019 to March 2021, and currently as a Principal - Technology.

Nikhil Deshkar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical from Nagpur University. Nikhil also completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from SDMP. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various credentials such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals from Microsoft, SOLID Principles of Object-Oriented Design from Pluralsight, API Designer from API Academy, and M101JS: MongoDB for Node.js Developers from MongoDB, Inc. Nikhil is also a StrongLoop Certified Node Developer, HDE 100 - Apache Hadoop Essentials certified by MapR Technologies, and has Java Platform Enterprise Edition 7 (Java EE 7) certification from Brainbench. Additionally, they hold Scrum Master Certified accreditation from SCRUMstudy and has completed the course "Architecting Applications for the Real World in .NET" from Pluralsight.
