Prasad Taware has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Prasad ® started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Optimum HR in 2016, where they handled tasks such as screening, selecting, and submitting candidates to job orders. Prasad ® also utilized online databases and networking to identify potential candidates. Prasad then moved to ApTask in 2018 as a Technical Recruiter, where they gained expertise in US IT recruitment, including sourcing, staffing, and onboarding candidates. In the same year, they joined Synechron as a Recruitment Consultant before being promoted to Sr. Associate Recruiter and later to Team Lead Recruitment. In these roles, they managed stakeholder relationships, vendor management, and the entire recruitment process, including drive planning and panel management.
