Rashmi Joshi

Rashmi Joshi has extensive work experience in the field of marketing, communications, and media relations. Rashmi is currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Marketing and Communications at Synechron. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of PR, Media Relations & Corporate Communications and Social Media at Nucleus Software for six years. Rashmi also worked as an Associate Manager of Corporate Communications at Persistent Systems for three years and as a Manager of Corporate Communications at Reliance ADA Group for five years. Rashmi began their career as a Business Journalist at Rajasthan Patrika Pvt. Ltd. and later worked as a Desk Editor at Sahara Samay.

Rashmi Joshi earned a Masters in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur, India from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from the same university in 2002 and 2003, focusing on computer programming and specific applications. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as becoming an accountable professional, digital marketing, embracing the digital opportunity, leadership development for women, modern public relations strategies, storytelling in business, and the art and science of communication from Nucleus Software in 2021.
