Stacy Brusa is an experienced HR executive with a robust background in leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of HR for North America at Synechron since June 2023, Stacy oversees HR for approximately 2000 employees while enhancing processes and compliance. Previously, as Vice President and Head of HR Business Partnering at Fortitude Re, Stacy established the HR business partner model and improved recruitment and employee engagement.
