Umesh Bhapkar

Umesh Bhapkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT systems and information security, currently serving as Senior Director at Synechron since February 2016, previously holding the position of Director in the same domain. Prior to Synechron, Umesh was the Head of IT and Chief Information Security Officer at Tata Technologies from June 2002 to January 2016 and served as Project Manager at Digital Globalsoft Ltd from August 2000 to May 2002, among various roles in IT management and systems execution across multiple organizations since 1996. Umesh holds several advanced certifications and degrees, including a CIO Certification in Business Innovation & Governance from the Indian School of Business, a Fellow in Leadership from the National School of Leadership, and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
