Steven Endacott's work experience includes a variety of roles in the aviation and defense industry. Steven started their career in the US Navy as a Strike Fighter Pilot, serving in various positions such as weapons test pilot and Commanding Officer of a Strike Fighter Squadron. After leaving the Navy in 1994, they joined Systems Consultants as the Director of Military Projects, where they worked on multiple civilian and military projects, including flight test design, unmanned aerial systems training, and performance evaluation. In 1994, they also began working for the City of Fallon as an Emergency Manager, providing leadership in planning and responding to emergencies. In 2010, they joined Synectic Solutions, Inc. as a Program Director and Principal Analyst, leading a team responsible for monitoring the performance of conventional ordnance used by US Navy Fleet/Fleet Marine Strike Fighter aircraft. Since 2013, they have been the CEO of Flight Test Concierges LLC, where they provide unmanned aircraft systems expertise to Embry Riddle and the State of Nevada UAS Test Site.
Steven Endacott attended Jeb Stuart High School from 1968 to 1970. Steven then went on to study Aerospace Engineering at the United States Naval Academy from 1970 to 1974, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. In February 1992, they obtained a certification as a Commercial Pilot with Air Transport Rating, Multi-Engine, Jet, Prop, Helo, Lighter than Air from the FAA.
