Will "Opie" Mayberry

Will "Opie" Mayberry has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the aviation and defense industry. Will "Opie" began their career in the US Marine Corps as an F/A-18 Weapons Systems Officer, serving from 1989 to 2010. After leaving the military, they worked as a MSAT Systems Engineer at SAIC, where they maintained and operated simulators for Joint Tactical Air Controller (JTAC) training. From 2011 to 2018, they served as an Advanced Systems Senior Program Analyst at CRL Technologies Inc., specializing in analyzing and implementing advanced systems. Will "Opie" then joined Zenetex as a Flight Test Engineer, supporting flight testing operations from 2018 to 2021. Following that, they worked with Delaware Resource Group as an F-35B Contract Instructor, providing instruction and support for F-35B contracts. Currently, they are employed as a Principal Analyst at Synectic Solutions, Inc., where they utilize their extensive expertise in analyzing and assessing complex systems.

Will "Opie" Mayberry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, where they studied from 1982 to 1988. Will "Opie" later pursued higher education at The United States Naval Postgraduate School from 2001 to 2002, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Management / Defense Systems Analysis.
