Arthur C. Miller has over 35 years of experience in the IT field. Arthur C. began their career in 1985 as an IT Specialist at the Smithsonian Institution. In 2003, they took on the role of IT Manager at The MayaTech Corporation. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Northrop Grumman as a Sr. Instructor/Training Specialist. Since 2006, they have been a Senior Applications Engineer at Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc., where they provide technical support for Administration on Children’s and Families Grantors and Grantees, as well as Grant Applications and Systems.
