Jeff White

Jeff White is an experienced professional in operations and recruiting services, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Synectics Inc. since July 2000. At Synectics, a leading IT consulting firm, Jeff oversees operations and fosters a culture of innovation and career growth among employees. Previously, Jeff worked as a Recruiting Manager at The Harris Group from April 1998 to June 2000, where responsibilities included all aspects of recruitment and training new recruiters. Jeff's career began at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and an academic foundation in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology was obtained at Northern Illinois University between 1988 and 1991.
