Prior to this role, Kathleen held multiple leadership positions, including EVP of Behavioral Insights at inVentiv Health Communications and Managing Director at both Adheris Health and Patient Marketing Group, focusing on translating behavioral insights into health communications. Kathleen founded Starr Health Strategy Group, LLC, and taught as an Adjunct Faculty at Baker University. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Kathleen possesses a Ph.D. in Health Clinical Psychology/Behavioral Medicine from the University of Miami.
