Diane Dalton

Diane Dalton is an experienced professional in global training and development with a robust background in instructional design and leadership. At Syneos Health, Diane served as Senior Director of Global Learning and Development, leading the merger integration of training teams and successfully migrating 7,000 employees onto the Learning Management System. Prior to this role, Diane held several positions at INC Research, including Director of Global Training and Learning Innovation, where oversight of multiple training programs and a team of 26 professionals was key. Diane began their career at Electronic Data Systems, focusing on instructional design and training management, while applying Lean Six Sigma principles. Diane holds a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Michigan State University.
