Elaine Hoke

Elaine Hoke, MBA, PMP, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as the Director of IT Business Partner at Syneos Health, where responsibilities include program management and leading a team in eTMF and SSU programs. With a career spanning over three decades, Elaine has extensive experience in project management and technical resource management across various companies, including significant roles at Syneos Health, inVentiv Health Clinical, and OpSolve LLC. Achievements include leading large-scale migrations of clinical databases to new systems, implementing Veeva Vault eTMF, and enhancing clinical project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Elaine holds an MBA in Information Technology from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
