Jeni Fan

Jeni Fan has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, strategy development, and executive coaching. Currently, Jeni serves as the Head of Enterprise Strategy Development and Activation at Syneos Health and as a member of the Executive Council for Leading Change (ECLC). Previous roles include serving as a Strategic Advisor and VP at Jungle Scout, where Jeni built the Organizational Effectiveness function, and as Head of Change and Transformation at BTS, focusing on aligning clients' strategies with transformation initiatives. As the founder of Eudaimonia, LLC, Jeni provided coaching across various sectors, leveraging over a decade of experience in research and consulting. Earlier in Jeni's career, valuable contributions were made at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Associate, specializing in strategies for defense and intelligence markets, and at Bloomberg LP in core product analytics and sales. Jeni holds degrees from the University of Maryland, University of Oklahoma, and has completed the Institute for Transformational Leadership's Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University.
