Jennifer Reel

Jennifer Reel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Global People Services at Syneos Health since 2019, Jennifer previously held leadership roles including President at Noble Talent Solutions, where talent programs were designed and implemented, and Vice President at Bull City Talent Group, focusing on innovative recruitment strategies. Earlier, Jennifer spent nearly a decade at Clarkston Consulting as Director of Talent Management and led operations at Manpower, Inc. as Director of Professional Services, overseeing a significant staffing organization. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
