Kim Arnold

Kim Arnold currently serves as Vice President and Head of Quality and Compliance Consulting at Syneos Health, a position held since February 2011. In this role, Kim directs the global Quality and Compliance Consulting business, overseeing a team of senior-level auditors with extensive experience in GCP, GMP, and GLP. Prior to joining Syneos Health, Kim was the Director of Quality Assurance and Site Head for the RTP Site at Catalent from October 2000 to February 2011, and previously held a similar role at Quality Chemical Labs. Kim started a career as an Associate Scientist at AAI before obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, graduating in 1994.
