Shilpa Reddy

Shilpa Reddy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading strategic human resource initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Global People Operations at Syneos Health, Shilpa previously held roles such as India Head HR at WaferWire Cloud Technologies and Senior Director of Human Resources at Newfold Digital, where responsibilities included managing talent, HR automation, and employee satisfaction initiatives. Shilpa's earlier positions encompassed leadership in HR functions across multiple companies, including Softenger India Pvt Ltd., LTIMindtree, Capgemini, and Vritti Solutions, with a focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, and performance management. Shilpa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Rajasthan and completed a Senior Executive Development Program at XLRI Jamshedpur.
