Jennifer Kilroy

Jennifer Kilroy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotech and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of S&P Services at Syner-G BioPharma Group since June 2025, Jennifer previously held similar leadership roles at Sequoia Biotech Consulting from April 2022 to June 2025. Jennifer's career at Medtronic spanned from April 2017 to February 2024, where positions included Director of Operational Excellence and Director of Enterprise Excellence, as well as leadership within the Women in Operations Employee Resource Group. With a background as a researcher, facilitator, lecturer, and coach from January 2009 to January 2024, Jennifer has contributed to academic publications. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Strategy, Blockchain, and Start-up Entrepreneurship from Quantic School of Business and Technology (2023) and a PhD in People-Performance Link from the University of Galway (2016).
