Spencer Stribling

Spencer Stribling, PMP, is a seasoned validation engineer with extensive experience in the biotechnology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Validation Engineer at Syner-G BioPharma Group, Spencer previously held the role of Validation Engineer at Sequoia Consulting Group, LLC, where process validation projects were executed effectively. As a Principal Validation Engineer at Roche, Spencer led a multi-national process validation project for a next-generation sequencing product and facilitated training to enhance validation procedures within operations teams. Spencer's background also includes significant contributions in manufacturing and project management roles, notably at Specific Diagnostics and Astro Pak Corporation, where improvements in processes and production efficiencies were achieved. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
