Mike Smith's work experience begins in 2011 as a Key holder at SONIC Drive-In. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Store Manager at Hollister Co. where they were responsible for operational tasks and providing superior customer service. In 2019, Mike became a Front Desk Staff member at LA Fitness, handling customer inquiries and assisting with account issues. Mike then transitioned to a Floor Supervisor role at Vans, a VF Company in 2019, where they ensured a positive customer experience and achieved sales goals. Currently, Mike is a Branch Sales Manager at Synerfac Technical Staffing, leading a sales team and promoting individual growth.
