Myron Herron began their career in 1987 as an Employee Suggestion Plan Coordinator at Northern Telecom - Materiel Operations in Research Triangle Park, NC. In 1990, they became an Executive Management Training Associate at Sprint-Carolina Telephone and Telegraph in Tarboro, NC. In 1993, they moved to Sprint - Business Marketing Organization in Kernersville, NC, where they served as an Operations Manager. In 1996, they became the Interim General Manager - Sales and Service Reporting to Regional VP at Sprint - Business Marketing Organization, Triad Branch in Greensboro, NC. In 1999, they left Sprint to become the National Sales Manager Reporting to VP - Business Development at CML / Emergency Services Integrators (ESi) in Augusta, GA. In 2001, they founded Synergem Technologies, Inc., where they served as President/Chief Technology Officer/Founder and President/CEO/Founder. During their time at Synergem, they created and actively managed an organization that provided complex, public safety Next Generation communications integration solutions, created strategic partnerships with industry leading companies, and performed complex system engineering and proposal development including Next Generation 9-1-1 network design as an alternative to existing legacy 9-1-1 networks.
