Prior roles include Head of Department at Suzlon Group, overseeing wind turbine vendor design, and Global Design Authority at Syngenta, ensuring compliance with global design standards. Amol's career commenced at CTR, a subsidiary of Crompton Greaves Limited, advancing from a trainee engineer to Design Manager. Academic qualifications include a Master of Technology in Design Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Operations Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
