Jessica Gouin has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Research & Escalation Analyst at Synergent since August 2018, where professional roles have included Sr. Business Analyst and Team Lead for Core Conversions and Consulting. Prior to this, Jessica held various positions at TruChoice FCU, including Loan Operations Manager, and at Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union as Branch Manager. Additional experience includes management roles at Infinity Federal Credit Union and Kennebunk Savings, as well as a foundational role at Ocean National Bank.
