Katy Ford has over a decade of experience in account management and customer relationship roles, currently serving as a Senior Account Relationship Manager at Synergent since October 2013. Previously, Katy held various positions at Synergent, including Account Relationship Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Marketing and Communications Assistant. Prior to Synergent, Katy worked as a Certified Teller at Infinity Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included assisting members and managing financial transactions. Additionally, Katy gained experience as a Communication Intern at Shipyard Brewing Company, focusing on social media engagement and email marketing. Katy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern Maine in 2013.
