Schelene Shevchenko is an experienced project management professional with a diverse background in IT coordination and operations. Currently serving as Team Lead for Project Management at Synergent since February 2015, Schelene oversees multiple technology projects, including the implementation of online banking platforms and software upgrades. Prior experience includes serving as IT Project Coordinator and Operations Specialist at MEMIC, where responsibilities ranged from software rollouts to business continuity planning.
