Cathy Moeller

Cathy Moeller has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Cathy started their career in 1996 as a Software Marketing Manager at Agere, Lucent Technologies, where they conducted competitive analysis and customer surveys to enhance product competitiveness. Cathy also negotiated contracts and provided support for 3rd party software integration efforts.

After that, they worked as a Field Application Engineer at Agere Systems, Lucent from 1999 to 2002. In this role, they developed and delivered product presentations, exceeded sales goals, and analyzed customer requirements to recommend products. Cathy also provided training, consulted with customers, and investigated and diagnosed problems in customer products.

From 2003 to 2004, Cathy worked as an Application Engineer at Agere Systems, where they advised customers and field applications engineers and performed tasks to improve product quality. Cathy also coordinated training and prepared development kits.

Cathy then worked as a Marketing and Technical Support professional at Mesh Semiconductor from 2004 to 2007 and as an Application Engineer at Lattice Semiconductor from 2007 to 2012.

In 2013, they joined Courion Corporation as a Solutions Consultant and later moved to Trillium Software, a Harte Hanks Company, where they worked as a Customer Support Engineer from 2013 to 2014.

At Trillium Software, a Syncsort Company, they served as an Education Consultant from 2014 to 2017, and at Accellion, Inc., they worked as a Customer Success Manager from 2017 to 2018. In that role, they acted as a liaison between customers and the company, advised customers on product use cases, and monitored product usage.

Currently, Cathy is working at Synergis Software as an Application Consultant since 2018.

Cathy Moeller has pursued coursework towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Marketing at Lehigh University. Additionally, they have taken a course in Project Management at Boston University's Continuing Education program. In 1981, they attended Lehigh County Community College and obtained an Associate Applied Science degree in Computer Science.
