Katie Casey has over 16 years of experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruiting. Katie started their career at Superior Technical Resources as a Senior Technical Staffing Supervisor, where they were responsible for recruitment efforts in various engineering fields. Katie then moved on to Harris Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Recruiter and later as a Recruiting Manager. In 2012, Katie joined Next Century Corporation as a Senior Recruiter and eventually became the Talent Placement Director. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition at Synergist Computing, where they focus on identifying and recruiting high-performing software developers and system engineers.
Katie Casey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at Frostburg State University, from 1998 to 2002.
