Chris Pernicano

Chris Pernicano is the Chief Technology Officer at Synergist Technology, LLC, where Chris focuses on AI readiness and compliance solutions. Prior to that, Chris served as the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners at Broward Health. Chris also founded and led Pernicano Enterprises, Inc., Netsmart, Tellus, LLC, IPX Retirement, Aplifiinc, Blue Frog Solutions Inc, and The Internet Broadcasting Company, Inc. Chris holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Environmental Engineering, and an MBA in Finance/Economics from the University of Florida.
