Rachel Icaro Williams currently serves as Associate Director of Operations at SYNERGISTIC, providing strategic and operational support to the COO, managing client accounts, and overseeing project execution and agency budget. Previous experience includes roles at Empower, where Rachel advanced from Business Development Manager to Sr. Manager, focusing on innovative strategies for new business opportunities, and at Social Forces, where Rachel managed long-term national and global accounts as an Account & Media Strategist.
