Danny Segura

Danny Segura has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Jr. Network Administrator at UtiliGroup, where they provided technical support for remote and on-site users and handled basic LAN administration. In 2003, they joined SprinklerMatic Inc. as a LAN Support specialist, where they resolved hardware and software issues related to LAN and provided end user support for LAN-based applications. In 2006, Danny joined Synergistix as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided technical support for proprietary software and supported software and hardware through various channels. Danny also worked as a Software Quality Control Analyst, collaborating with different teams for successful software releases. Danny's expertise includes SQL queries, VPN configurations, and email restores.

Danny Segura completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in LAN/WAN Administration from Computer Career Center from 1999 to 2001.
